This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.
Note: In these answers we will follow a few shorthand conventions for describing user-interface procedures. Key combinations will be presented like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which means that you should press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key at the same time. Menu selections will be presented like this: File->Open, which means that you should open the File menu, and then make the Open selection.
How do I keep my sanity? Basically, you must forget the activity associated with your own self awareness and self assessment. It helps if you smile easily.

Who is everyone else? There are several associates and partners connected with the Geeker Tweakers, PC Associates, and MikeySoft names. Most notably is the virtual emminence of T. Skeezir Greeken. Most of the other characters are to shy to come forward.

What is a Geeker Tweaker? As defined by a Funkin' Wagnel type: a tweaker is a person who makes minute adjustments to improve the operation of machines and equipment. A Geeker is somewhere between Geek and Geekest, as in computer propeller-head. History precludes the fact.

When is you open? Telephone Help Desk services (608-245-0656) are available daily starting at 7:00AM CST. We try to keep the lines staffed all morning until 11:30AM. The afternoon is the busiest for the service department and quite frequently callers must leave a message.
Our shop and offices are open when someone is available and generally by appointment only. It is best to call ahead.
