General Electric Ultraviolet Sunlamp RSK6- Item # 0054 - SOLD
This high quality lamp from General Electric is designed with safety in mind. The holder was made by Cable Electric Product, Inc. of a super tuff plastic. It is heavy duty and not a cheap flimsy model. It has a ten minute timer mounted in the base so that you cannot over-expose your self to the ultraviolet radiation. The bulb is held in a porceline socket and protected by a wire safety cage. The angle of the lamp socket is easily adjustable with the wing-nut at it's base. The base is multipurpose in that you can set it on a flat surface, hang it on the wall from a nail, or use a built in hanger to hang it over the top of any standard door. This feature is great. The bulb is a GE Sunlamp rated at 275 Watts. This is plenty of power to begin some serious tanning in the privacy of your own home. There are complete instructions and safety precautions printed on the underside of the unit. If you like to keep your skin darker in the Winter months, this is a convenient and effective way to do it.
This unit is in like new condition. It is complete and works in every respect. It has a six foot long two prong power cord and is designed for 110 Volt 60 Cycles AC operation. It measures approximately 12 inches by 8 inches by 12 inches and weighs approximately three pounds. All of it is in excellent (Like New) condition and ready to provide you with exceptional value and service for many years to come.
This is a great item. I've used it effectively to keep my Summer tan in the Winter and to keep ahead of the Sun in the Spring. The built in hanger makes it easy to use on any door without having to hammer a nail in the wall. Just hang it over a bedroom door - it's so easy.
