Here is one of the greatest cameras I have ever had the pleasure to use. It is the easiest 35mm SLR camera for the novice or professional. In automatic mode, the camera makes all the settings - EVEN FOCUSES THE LENS. You can also adjust exposure and speed with the electronic controls. It is very easy, because the LCD display on top of the camera shows your settings. The same is displayed in the viewfinder along with electronic focusing indicators. A green light in the viewfinder tells you the frame is in focus. The shutter speed can be set from 1/2000 of a second up to 30 seconds. It will autofocus and continually shoot pictures at two frames a second. This is a great feature for sporting events. The camera takes regular 35mm film and can detect the speed of the film automatically and make the apropriate adjustments. The camera takes four AAA Alkaline batteries. The battery compartment and holder are perfectly clean. The entire camera is spotless, inside and out.
This great camera has a great lens, too. It is a Sigma Zoom Alpha Autofocus Telephoto 1:35 ~ 4.5, f = 35 ~ 135mm. It has Macro capability and this lens has captured some spectacular closeups. The Electronic flash is a Starblitz 3600-DFM Dedicated Flash made especially for Minolta Auto-focus 35mm SLR cameras. I've had good results with it even in darkness at over 20 feet. The book says it will reach 30 feet. It uses four AA Alkaline batteries.
The camera is complete with everything you need except film. The batteries are new and included. Everything works perfectly. This well made camera will provide years of excellent service to anyone who likes taking good pictures. It's easy to focus, hold, and easy to compose pictures. This camera includes everything in the photos that follow this description. There's a servicable but tattered case for the camera, but everything else is in like new condition. The manuals for the camera and flash unit are also here. They are complete, in very good condition, but bent slightly from being stored in the flash case. Included are four HOYA lens filters, extra strap, lens cleaning kit, and misc.
This camera has been rated very highly by all the photo magazines.
