Americana Country Style Antique Spice Rack - Item # 0008 - SOLD
This beautiful spice rack holds 12 spice
bottles. The rack is made of wood and painted
yellow. It measures 12 1/2 inches by 4 1/2
inches and 7 1/2 inches high. The paint is
old (the original coat) and has begun to
come off. The bottles are authentic period
pieces made of white glass. They measure
1 3/4 inches by 1 3/4 inches and are 4 1/2
inches tall. All are identicle. One spice
jar has a minimal knick on the rim (under
the cap) which does not effect its being
used. Some jars have a strainer inserted
in the mouth of the jar. The caps are metal
and the red paint is chipped and worn on
all of them. The is only the slightest rust.
All the cap liners are in good condition.
This is a marvelous piece of the early American
kitchen.
